Success!!! kind of...

YAHOO! Owen went pee in the potty yesterday for the first time! I am so excited-he finally seems to care & understand. What a huge step-now I just have to try & make it thru the next few days of mess after mess after mess. But it will be worth it right? My major motivation is that I REALLY don't want 2 kids in diapers & this little girl is gonna be here before we know it. Wow- when I think about it-that is really sneaking up on me...June will be here before I know it! 4 kids-really? EEEK!

P.S. Is there anything cuter than a little boys' underwear bum? :0)

Sorry...but I have to share

Sorry ladies, I know I already talked your ears off about essential oils a couple posts ago-but I have to share an experience I had last night that still seems to good to be true:

Well, as some of you may or may not know I suffer from sciatica & tendonitis in the front of my pelvic bone pretty bad while I am pregnant. To the point that I can't do hardly any type of excercise without causing more pain. Each pregnancy the pain is worse & shows up sooner. LAME! Anyway, since I starting using essential oils I have heard all sorts of great stories about people having great success curing back pain issues using the oils. Even though I am a believer in the oils I was still pretty skeptical that they would be able to help with this. Anyway, I was told to use LemonGrass & Marjoram on my back, left hip (the sciatic side), & the front of my pelvic bone. So I finally got those 2 oils & had Danny rub them in before we went to bed last nite. Well, this morning I have woken up virtually pain-free & I know that with more applications on a regular basis that the pain will be completely gone. JOY! Seriously-I got out of bed & walked around like I wasn't even pregnant! I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am about this-it literally brings tears to my eyes. If anyone has suffered from sciatica you can relate. When I would think about having to deal with that pain & discomfort on top of all the usual aches & pains of pregnancy, it was more than overwhelming. I am not looking for a pity party or your sympathy or anything like that-I just had to share this with you guys. I am so excited & wanted to let everyone know so that if you or anyone you know suffers from this kind of thing- essential oils can help. Some people might say-'why not just take Tylenol or something like that?' Sorry, but I am not the type that can stand to take anything like that while I am prego if I don't have to(much to Danny's mismay). Not to mention I would have to take it consistently for 6-7 months-no thank you! So now I have a safe natural way to keep the pain away & I couldn't be happier! Plus, this is a great excuse to get Danny to rub my back a couple nites a week-and what pregnant woman doesn't want that?! :0)

Go Averee!

I just had to tell the world...we had a momentus milestone crossed yesterday: Averee FINALLY let me take the training wheels off her bike. She did great-hasn't even crashed, yet. :0) I knew she was ready, she has actually been ready for awhile. But since she is my little 'nervous Nellie', she has been too scared to take the leap. I took video of the whole thing but no pics yet. I promise to get some pics of her cruisin' on 2 wheels soon! Hooray for independence! Go Averee!

P.S. I changed the 'baby girl name' poll after it came to my attention that my dear sweet husband decided that he no longer likes the names Reese & Tatum. MEN! :0)
