Adelyn graduated from Kindergarten-how time flies!! The graduation was very cute. They sang a few songs & showed a slide show of some of the children's work. It was pretty funny to see how their little minds work & the things they remember & what sticks out to them. Adee wrote a whole book about Lake Powell. I guess she must really love that yearly trip!

Owen's Preschool Graduation

Owen's Preschool Graduation was so cute! They sang several cute songs & did a few dances, they even sang the whole Sign Language Alphabet! Owen has grown up so much this year. He struggled at the beginning of the year & didn't want to go, but by the end of the year he was loving it! His cousin Cam Jones was in his class which made it even more fun!

Taytam Maren Jones

Taytam Maren Jones was born May 13th, 2011. She is a whopping 9 lbs 6 oz. and 21 inches long! When she came out the nurses said "Oh my! Looks like a 10 pounder!" We couldn't believe it! She has a full head of long dark hair-so cute! It was a little scary cuz the cord was wrapped around her 3 times & she came out dark purple! She was certainly loud though! She has quite a nice set of lungs & let everyone know that she was here & not to happy about it :0) The nurses even called her a little diva cuz once she was comfortable you better not mess with her or she was gonna let you know about it!

Averee was the most excited to meet & hold Taytam. She will be such a great helper!Adelyn is old enough this time around to really be excited about a new baby

Owen was pretty upset to get ANOTHER sister-but I think she will have him wrapped around her little finger! Reese is really not sure what to think of all this. Luckily she is a daddy's girl & doesn't really care if mommy is holding Taytam, but if Daddy is holding Taytam, watch out!

Spring Soccer

Averee, Adelyn, & Owen wanted to try playing soccer this spring. We thought it would be a great idea for the girls to try something besides dance. We also thought it might help Owen get a little tougher. Danny ended up coaching Averee's team which was quite an experience. Dannys didn't love it & says never again, but we'll see. It was fun to see the kids get better each week. The season went by way too fast!

Averee liked to play goalie so she didn't have to run around so much :0)

The hardest part was keeping Reese entertained and off the field during game time!

Hoppy Easter to You!

Each year our neighborhood does an Egg Hunt before Easter. The kids love it & we have a great time hanging out with all our neighbors & friends. Easter Morning...The Easter Bunny spoiled us this year! Then we headed to a nearby park for our traditional picnic lunch and to roll eggs down the hill. The kids love to make tracks in the dirt then race their eggs down the hill. Happy Easter everyone!

It's GREAT to be 8!

Where does the time go?! I can't believe Averee is already 8 & getting baptized! We are so proud of her & the choice she has made to follow our Saviour Jesus Christs' example to be baptized. It was so fun to take her shopping for her baptism dress-she is growing up way too fast! She was a little nervous, but mostly just excited, to take this important step in her life.

Ahoy Birthday Girl!

Adelyn had her birthday party at Pirate Island Pizza this year. She invited all the girls from her school class & ward. 15 girls came to the party! What a crew :0) They had a blast playing in the arcade, eating pizza, & cupcakes. Adee has some darling little friends & it was fun to meet them!

First Tooth

Adelyn lost her first tooth! She had been wiggly that tooth for days, so her Dad finally convinced her to let him look at it & POP-out it came! She was surprised & didn't like the blood in her mouth but she didn't cry. Way to go Adee!

Happy Birthday Averee!

Averee had her birthday party at the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center this year. We let her invite all the girls from her school class & ward. 17 girls came!! It was quite a fun bunch-the girls had a blast. It was fun to meet all the girls from Averee's school class that she talks about all the time. What a cute group of girls :0)
