We headed to Lake Powell over Memorial Weekend for the Annual Jones Family Lake Powell trip. Danny's parents get a house boat every year during the week of Memorial Day. We had a great turn out this year-all but two brothers & their families were there. It was great to see everyone & just hang out. The kids love getting to play with all the cousins & they all get along for the most part. :0) The weather wasn't the best but we had a great beach so that makes up for the weather. Plus, I would rather be a little chilly than roasting hot. The kids had a blast of course & Danny got in lots of great fishing. He took Owen out fishing a few times & he loved it. I am so glad Danny will have a built in fishing buddy. Owen just adores his Dad & loves to be on his boat fishing with him. Melts my heart! Here are a few highlights from the week...

That makes me jealous! As my family continues to own a houseboat and visit the lake once a month I haven't been out for years. It's killing me!

Thanks for stopping by the BOM blog. We usually go to Powell every year with my husband, Danny's, family too. :) We didn't go this year though. It's fun to see that we have a lot of the same interests...volleyball-don't play much now, but used to be my thing. Loved it.
